Companion Caregiver
Part-Time & Full-Time | Roanoke, Salem, Vinton
Provide meaningful companionship, conversation, and light assistance to seniors in their homes. Help with meal prep, errands, transportation, and social engagement. No medical certifications required.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Ability to pass background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
Home Care Aide
Part-Time & Full-Time | Roanoke Valley Area
Assist seniors with activities of daily living including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and light housekeeping. Provide hands-on personal care with dignity and respect.
Requirements:
- CNA certification preferred (will train)
- 1+ year caregiving experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Care Coordinator
Full-Time | Roanoke Office
Manage client care plans, conduct assessments, coordinate schedules, and serve as the primary liaison between families and caregivers. Office-based with some field visits.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in home care or healthcare management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with care planning software
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
